Meet Dr. Ukatu

Ceisha Ukatu, MD, is an experienced ENT surgeon dedicated to diagnosing and treating both children and adults with a wide spectrum of disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures. Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Ukatu completed her undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis before earning her medical degree from Emory University. She then pursued her residency in otolaryngology at the University of Missouri, where she honed her skills and developed a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Known for her warm and personable approach, Dr. Ukatu enjoys engaging in humorous conversation with her patients and learning about their lives, creating a comfortable and trusting environment.

SPECIALTIES AND EXPERTISE

Dr. Ukatu's specializes in sinus and nasal surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, eustachian tube dilation, and intracapsular tonsillectomy.  However, she is passionate about the entire field of ENT, providing comprehensive care to all of her patients.

PERSONAL

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, reading, playing tennis, and traveling.
