The staff members were knowledgeable, polite and courteous. The environment was clean, warm and inviting. Dr. Ukatu is extremely knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I learned something knew while attending my appointment. An overall wonderful experience from a person who seldomly enjoys visiting a doctor's office and I visit a lot of them since I am a disabled vet. More

Everyone was exceptionally warm and welcoming from the receptionist to the doctor. I was informed of everything that would be done and the results of my tests and exam before I left. Cross Timbers ENT Group are amazing! Especially the location in Midlothian! I saw Dr. Ukatu and she took her time to explain things to me unlike other Doctors I've seen. She not only is thorough she is knowledgeable and knows her stuff! What's even more awesome about this clinic is the staff! I was referred to this clinic by another doctor of mine and I'm glad I went and saw them. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with a huge smile. It's so nice to see a great smile in a difficult world! This entire clinic deserves high fives and hugs because they are a diamond! More
