I was referred to Cross Timbers for a thyroid issue and although I had to have surgery Dr. Daniyan and Skye explored all possibilities for the issue before scheduling surgery. During the recovery period I was uncertain about what was happening and because of my previous experience I was very comfortable calling to find out if what I was experiencing was normal. No one at the office left me feeling as though I was a nuisance but was patient and evaluated me to ensure the recovery was progressing satisfactory. After reading some of the reviews where some parents didn’t have a good visit with their kiddos, I was scared to follow through with my Autistic 4 year old’s appt. But we went today and am so thankful. Dr. Wu was very kind to us and my son. I REALLY appreciate him being so personable, he wasn’t bothered that we had some cartoons playing (not loud) to help distract my son. I also like that he didn’t stretch out the appointment, which is important because my son has ZERO chill (bless him) and then that makes my anxiety go through the roof. I feel like my son got a good exam with Dr. Wu, and a very good game plan in place until we see Dr. Wu again. If you have a neurodivergent child, I am pretty certain to say that you will be taken care of with Dr. Wu. More

I recently had a balloon sinuplasty & a turbinate reduction done with Dr. Cho & highly, highly recommend Dr. Cho for anyone looking for a similar solution for sinusitis. The ommediately went right to the source. My left ear was empacted and I had an infection. The pain was excruciating. It was pretty painful getting it all out. In the end they put an antibiotic in. Ill see them in 10 days. More

I have to praise Dr Luke Schellenberger with Cross Timber’s ENT! I checked in this morning for an allergy consultation and to revisit my ear issue and was handed a page to sign asking if I wanted Dr Schellenberger to pray for me AND at the end of the consultation he did just that. I think he’s a keeper I was highly impressed with the entire office staff. Front desk - courteous and prompt, nurses efficient and pleasant, I was promptly called to the back, in-take was prompt and the Dr immediately entered after in-take. Definitely a tightly managed ship. More

Cross Timbers ENT physician Dr Daniyan has been taking care of me for almost 4 yrs. She diagnosed my cancer that none of my other doctors could ever detect. She saved my life & will be forever be my ENT. She performed a surgery on me last week to clean out my severly infected sinuses & reduce my Terminates. For the first time in decades I can breath through my nose. She & her awesome Nurse Skye have taken great care of me & followed up on my recovery. For almost 5 years, I have been dealing with chronic allergies. This ultimately resulted with me having to get sinus surgery. (Performed by Central Park ENT in Arlington) After my surgery, I was still experiencing some sinus symptoms and inflammation which brought me to Cross Timbers in Midlothian, TX. After my consultation, they first recommended that I get an Allergy Test. Come to find out, I am allergic to a lot of things. Based on my results, they recommended that I’m a candidate for shot treatment. (i.e. receiving allergy shots once a week) I have now been receiving shots for the past year and I can honestly say that my sinus symptoms/inflammation have improved dramatically; almost non-existent. All the employees at Cross Timbers are wonderful. (i.e. treat you like family and will try to be accommodating to your personal situation.) In my opinion, if you are or have been experiencing any sinus/allergy related issues, I recommend giving Cross Timbers in Midlothian, TX a shot. More

Not enough great things to say about this office and dr wu! I have never worked with an office that is so efficient, kind, compassionate and caring! They take time to make sure you are taking care of. In this case it's my 6 year that needs surgery and that is super stressful. They text to schedule surgery, which is super convenient! I know they are incredibly busy, but they never made us feel like we were a bother or just another number. It has been a pleasure (as much as it can be to plan a surgery and spend thousands of dollars) to work with them! Life is crazy and busy and rude. But not dr wu, Teresa (billing) Marsha (scheduler), they are incredible! Sooooooo much better than the experience we had with cooks children that was in our network.
