I have to praise Dr Luke Schellenberger with Cross Timber’s ENT! I checked in this morning for an allergy consultation and to revisit my ear issue and was handed a page to sign asking if I wanted Dr Schellenberger to pray for me AND at the end of the consultation he did just that. I think he’s a keeper I was highly impressed with the entire office staff. Front desk - courteous and prompt, nurses efficient and pleasant, I was promptly called to the back, in-take was prompt and the Dr immediately entered after in-take. I had a great visit at Crosstimbers ENT today! Front Desk. Ricky Sandoval was inviting and patient. Next, LaKeisha administered my Allergy Test. She carefully, and thoroughly explained each allergen and the test symptoms and results. LaKeisha was professional, warm and inviting, armed with allergy spray and cream to ease the effects. Dr Daniyan was kind and professional as she administered the Vertigo exercise and ear cleaning vacuum technique. I felt 10 yrs younger leaving their office today. More

My name is Maureen Bastian, I cannot praise Dr. Wu enough. I have suffered for years with sinus headaches, swelling, pain and no one has ever really given me an answer except I’m gonna keep testing see what you’re allergic to here take some pills. I was told I had a deviated septum and that was it. When I met Dr. Wu he was like why haven’t you taken care of this deviated septum, I told him I had no idea I was supposed to. I now can breathe, my sinuses Are not swelling. Usually on cloudy days with the barometric pressure I suffer. I have not had that experience since my surgery. Dr. Wu thank you so much for giving me the relief that I have suffered with for over 40+ years, I highly highly recommend him & his staff, Also the staff is absolutely wonderful at all his locations. I’ve been coming here since I needed my tonsils removed in 2020. From start to finish Dr. Cho and her staff were top notch and listened 100% of the time. I now am being seen for allergies and had a skin test to see what bothers my allergies. Once they found that out I come in for immunotherapy regularly and will continue to do so for a few years to hopefully breath better in the long run! Marsha took care of scheduling my surgery, pre op, and post op appointments. I made mention that I work 6am to 3pm so, without me having to even ask, all my pre op and post op appointments were made to accommodate my work schedule. More

After almost 3 years of my son being on allergy medication I decided to search for a Specialist and found Cross Timbers ENT. Dr. Cho is the doctor to has help my son and was able to figure out immediately that my son has zero allergies and the thing that has been causing all those allergy type symptoms are his adenoids. We agreed go having surgery, Marsha has been assisting us with the surgery process, scheduling and finances which was done in more then a timely manner, its only been one month since we visit Dr. Cho and we are already on our way to surgery next week. Everyone in the office has made my son feel safe and comfortable. Great Doctors, Awesome staff and definitely recommend this facility!!!! More

Cross Timbers has been the best specialist office that I have been able to find for my mom in a long time. I took her to see Dr. Wu and Dr. Margo since she has been having problems hearing and from the time we came into the office our experience was excellent. The receptionist Mikenzy was very sweet and helpful. She warmly greeted us as soon as we came in and didn’t mind helping mom with paperwork. After consultation with Dr. Allis Cho, she was very empathetic and provided options that would help my sinuses. She performed "Balloon Sinusplasty" and it has improved my sinuses tremendously. I am sleeping better now and I don't have the terrible headaches that I use to have. I am almost fully recovered from the surgery and the improvement of my sinuses are already showing. I am SO grateful for the staff and Dr. Cho at Cross Timbers ENT and plan to make her my primary ENT doctor from now on. :) More

I have nothing but good words to say about Cross Timbers. We started the process for my son last year before COVID. Then COVID hit and everything was put on hold. Here we are in 2021 and they picked back up and have skipped a beat. Marsha has been the best at scheduling and answering any questions. Dr. Cho is great. I would gladly see her again. Scheduling is good. The problem is with their billing department. The head of billing, Maria won’t return phone calls! I had to have someone else call me back as they charged me twice in a month on a plan I had set up after paying a big portion toward my surgery. Now after they have collected my money every month & Ive called 3-4 times, I just got a big bill in the mail saying they hadn’t received anything & my account would be sent to a collection agency. They need to get their act together on this one! More

I have been going to Cross Timbers for a few months. I initially made an appointment because I was getting ear infections constantly. Dr. Shellenberger is incredibly thorough, he listened to every single thing I said and did everything in his power to help. Ultimately he decided I need to have surgery to fix my deviated septum. I have been so anxious about having to have surgery but his entire team is amazing. I am scheduled for October 1st. His surgery scheduled Deb has been so kind. She got me scheduled on the day that works the absolute best for me. I highly recommend this office. The entire office staff is so nice, and Dr. Shellenberger is so detailed at every visit. I've had nothing but a great experience thus far. Not only did they discuss & care for my ongoing chronic sinus infections by ordering a sinuplasty, but they did in in-office MRI of my sinuses, which was a huge plus. Also checked out my swallowing issue which turns out to my surprise that I have GERD. My thyroid goiders were examined too. They ordered a sleep study at a Very professional place ( easy process too) which allowed me to do an at-home sleep study. Nothing but goodness to say about Dr James Leffingwell & his entire staff. Most recently, I scheduled a tonsillectomy surgery for my daughter with another pediatric provider and the staff’s lack of communication became too much for me to bear. I came back to Cross Timbers which I learned I should’ve stuck with from the start. An on going two week process with the other location was mostly completed in a quick phone call returned by Marsha the scheduler on the same day! Getting multiple tests from thyroid ultrasounds, to intensive bloodwork and labs. I was at my lowest of lows, I had not been to work in two weeks because my voice was literally going away more and more everyday. I took it into my own hands and decided it was time to see an ENT. I saw Dr Shellenberger on Tuesday April 23rd. After finding that I had a VERY large cyst on my right vocal cord it was time for surgery. Deb was amazing at getting my surgery scheduled I kid you not two days later on the 25th. I was so nervous as this was an issue I had been dealing with for more than 4 months. I had literally no voice left and my only hope was Dr Shellenberger. Here I am one day after my throat surgery to remove the cyst. I could not be happier with the knowledge and care that I was given before, during, and after the surgery. I know this is just the beginning of the journey into getting my voice back but I was blessed to have such an amazing doctor and surgeon. Thank you Dr Shellenberger. It was a good visit with the doctor. I was told at the time my appointment was set up that I would be having an audiology test today, and I had to sign an agreement today that I would pay for the test if my insurance denies the claim. I did not know the test is only approved for once a year. I had the test done in February 2018, and was not due for another one until February 2019, so I may have to fork out $180 due to a clerical error that said I needed the test today. I’m unhappy about that real possibility. More

Dr Wu was very helpful however the appt maker don't listen. My appointment was made at the time I told her I needed to be done by.. The Nasal Endoscopy was a painless procedure as Dr Wu explained but I had a bad reaction to the spray with my nostral being numbing nearly 3 hours later and when I started getting feeling back, it was burning. I felt awful all night and even now. Now I have bad sinus.. my nose is running and I have a little pressure. I may have had a reaction to the spray so be careful if you get this procedure. Although harmless for most, it apparently has its risks as with anything else. More

Dr. Leffingwell is a wonderful doctor! He did surgery on my deviated septum & sinus cavities several years ago & since then I can breathe out of my nose & all but stopped my chronic sinus infections. I went to see him recently for a lump that appeared suddenly & for no reason. Having lost a parent to cancer, my first thought was it has to be something horrible to appear out of no where. Dr Leffingwell got me right in, looked at it, told me not to worry, & scheduled a CT scan. Went back today for results & just like Dr. Leffingwell had thought, it is nothing! I was so happy to hear the news but knew all along if it had of been anything I knew 100% I was in the best care. Dr Leffingwell is my true hero!
